2. Common Fraud Tactics — Beware

  • Promising guaranteed returns or "assured profits". SEBI-registered Research Analysts are prohibited from making such claims.
  • Requesting money transfers to personal bank accounts or UPI IDs.
  • Claiming to represent EYE ON TRADE RESEARCH without verifiable credentials.
  • Contacting you through unofficial phone numbers or unknown WhatsApp/Telegram accounts.
  • Asking for your Demat account login, trading password, or OTP.
  • Creating fake websites or social media profiles impersonating our brand.
  • Offering "free tips" initially and later demanding payment through cryptocurrency or gift cards.

3. How to Verify Our Authenticity

  • Verify our SEBI Registration by visiting www.sebi.gov.in and searching for RA INH000021386.
  • Verify our BSE Enlistment No. 6592 on the official BSE website.
  • Make payments only to officially disclosed bank accounts and always obtain a valid payment receipt.
  • Always receive a written subscription agreement or acknowledgement before subscribing to any service.

4. What an EYE ON TRADE RESEARCH Analyst Will Never Do

  • Ask for your trading account login credentials, passwords, or OTP.
  • Promise guaranteed profits or fixed percentage returns.
  • Request payments through cryptocurrency, gift cards, or foreign money transfers.
  • Operate through unverified social media accounts.
  • Threaten, pressure, or create false urgency to make investment decisions.

5. Report Fraud Immediately
